The Affric Team have been busy, busy over the last 2 months. Environmental vessel audits in Norway, Cromarty firth and Orkney. Otter surveys in the west and central highlands, protected species surveys & camera trapping, preliminary roost assessments for bats, checking our deployed F-pods, ECoW & IECoW Site visits and more… We also spotted a few of the locals enjoying the weather while we were out. This is just some of the outside work, meanwhile the office has been busy with scoping reports, HVDC cable routing advice, marine licence applications, Biodiversity Enhancement/Net Gain assessment, vertical wind turbine noise assessment, marine survey support including EPS licencing & marine licence exemptions.
